      Pros

      There was a lot of freedom and trust in the office I worked. The colleagues were all friendly and pleasant people to work with. Thereby it is a very young company, so lots of changes and progress.

      Cons

      Some processes were less efficient than I would expect from a tech company. Not a very attractive pension scheme, however, the salary was good.
