      Autonomy and adaptable indpendendent consultancy. Highly flexible and agile approach to work. Great understanding of client needs and able to delivery fitting solutions.

      Cons

      Job Security have to be a generalist at times. Tough to market to large organisaions without the presence of larger consultancies.
