Fluor is a world wide corporation and has a vast knowledge base to work from .... it is great for employees to be able to avail of that . .
Cons
The truth about Fluor and many other organizations is that they loose the ability to be able to connect with frontline staff that actually have Client interaction - this is vital for good working relationships so tha both parties get what they need from each other ..

A lot of technical workshops anne bulletins to keep you up-to-date; reasonable project schedule for you to have a balanced work/life.
Cons
A less stressful work environment might leads you to a less competitive position if you need to find another job.
