      Pros

      Work from home up to 3 days a week, and even more upon demand Autonomy in the work, while still offering guidance when needed Local senior manager accessible and knowledgeable Many VIE so vibrant and fun atmosphere with a lot of after work activities

      Cons

      Role is not well defined, and we end up doing a lot of tasks above and beyond the role of consultant No defined career path if not based in the French entity

      Pros

      The company had great potential, great people and a growing market. It was a fun place to work a while ago, with space for personal growth.

      Cons

      Management has changed recently, and the influence from France is now an issue. Micromanagement, bad decisions, no strategy, no understanding of the American market, no HR, bad communication. Feel it's not going anywhere.
