Pros
The people who are being hired to my company are really amazing people i every aspect, the offices are not full with power bars and unlimited amount of food or napping space but the benefits and the Salaries in my company are still relatively high even for the tech industry
Cons
People who love to work home might not like the company policy of coming to the office but if you need to work from home once in a while it will be acceptable
