    Pros

Cool company mission. Passionate team who truly wants the company to succeed. Supportive management - which has been a relief during the covid19 pandemic!

    Cons

Not a con per se, but the team are international so I've not managed to meet everyone *yet*. Covid19 has made that tricky too!

    Positive and creative environment

    Pros

A friendly environment, where knowledge sharing is highly encouraged, creating the ideal conditions for personal growth and development. In addition to the competitive salary, many other benefits are provided, such as 25 days of annual leave, free company lunches, and flexible working hours.

    Cons

As with every growing organisation in its early stages, there is currently a low number of employees. However, the company is now hiring, so this is going to change in the near future.

Great team spirit and work environment

    Pros

Great place to try out and develop new ideas (within the overall GNSS/inertial navigation company framework) and very pleasant work environment, with motivated and success-driven colleagues

    Cons

It's still a startup, after all, not everything in the day-to-day company business is strictly defined and can change rapidly, I can see how that might be a negative point to some people, but overall it also means we have the chance to influence how the company works and is ran

    Pros

The line managers are excellent. They push you towards new challenges and towards learning new skills. There is flexible working both in terms of office time (flexible hours, working from home etc.). A good atmosphere has been cultivated in both the Bristol and Cambridge offices.

    Cons

There is a disconnect between the two offices.

    Pros

    - Great team - Flexible working to suit everyone including parents - Interesting technologies and learning something new - Competitive salaries and appealing benefits for a start-up

    Cons

    - No parking in Bristol and limited in Cambridge but both offices are central locations which is equally appealing and other transport options are available.
