Pros
The line managers are excellent. They push you towards new challenges and towards learning new skills. There is flexible working both in terms of office time (flexible hours, working from home etc.). A good atmosphere has been cultivated in both the Bristol and Cambridge offices.
Cons
There is a disconnect between the two offices.

Pros
A friendly environment, where knowledge sharing is highly encouraged, creating the ideal conditions for personal growth and development. In addition to the competitive salary, many other benefits are provided, such as 25 days of annual leave, free company lunches, and flexible working hours.
Cons
As with every growing organisation in its early stages, there is currently a low number of employees. However, the company is now hiring, so this is going to change in the near future.
