      100% AVOID AT ALL COSTS

      Cons

      This company/CEO sent out a contract, offered equity etc...... only to pull the offer after I resigned from my current employer and turned down two other offers. They say they are looking to expand outside of the US but they want this with no ties and no responsibilities. AVOID THIS PLACE AND CEO
