      Pros

      Flexibility — ability to work remotely and unlimited PTO. Ownership of role — since team is small, you have a direct line to leadership and can see the impact of your work. You also are able to totally own your role and shape your success.

      Pros

      Foley provides a good place to work and find success. I have grown my career and achieved many life goals while working here. think we have a good work life balance and my direct management outlines achievable goals and has realistic expectations for me. I think direct leadership is strong and I really like my team and the people I interact with on the day to day, and my job is engaging and a good fit for me personally.

      Cons

      I think we are underpaid for companies in the SaaS business especially in the Northeast. I also think we are still finding the balance of appearing successful and being successful with our products and services although that balance is improving. I think no company is perfect with that as everyone's fix tends to be a bit better in marketing rather than in reality.
