Way too much micromanagement

Pros

The product is an ok product in AMS

Cons

You can't move without there being a multi-tiered process of approvals, and most go to the Executive Board. Every activity is monitored and you can't do anything until the last activity has been critiqued. It just makes things go so slow and builds frustration internally and with customers Too many third party tools are deployed which leads to replication and duplication of work.

Pros

Did send me to the Head office in Washington and the people that I worked with were good people.

Really troubling how that during the Covid pandemic, when faced with the option to furlough a portion of their UK team they decided to instead make them redundant. Made absolutely no sense and left a number of people unemployed and in a really difficult position at a time when they needed Fonteva’s support the most. Aside from that, the product has a complications/issues, on boarding was confusing and not thought through, Marketing control collateral/tools for the sales team, a huge obstacle was that during my 8 months with the company I was waiting for email sequences which were being produced. I’m only coming from a Sales point of view so I can’t speak for other areas of the Business but poorly organised and not a great experience. Also, there was a miscalculation in a bonus payment which I was told I would be contacted on but this has not been resolved and I am still awaiting correction.
