Support from area managers and room for improvement within the company, staff discount is nice but not enough with rising prices

The only pros are the clothes and staff discount.

Cons

Everything, During my time there i found out that there clothes are unethically made and come from china. Everything is polyester. Not worth their price AT ALL.

Zero communication; No manager for over 6 months, when one was hired she left after a month; Over 10 staff hired and left within 12 months; No regard for psychosocial safety; Take advantage of younger employees by assuming they don’t workplace law; Awful experience and would not recommend as an employer
