Pros
Some really good support and the training was excellent. Really liked a couple of the team. Location and office are great and well thought out.
Cons
Very much money focused and as it's a family business, they expect you to work some very long hours. Also, when being shouted at, I was made to feel like a child. Over 15 staff left in a year and more than one was made to cry by one of the directors. It's very clicky, if your face doesn't fit and you don't have the right brand of clothing, then you'll never be a part of the 'team'.
