People are lovely Good Benefits Good Brand Name Can’t think of anything else

Cons

HR and Senior Management don’t want to know what is really going on so ignore the issues. Very long hours with no recognition. Management don’t care how many hours you do as long as the work is done. Very short staffed. No training given when you start, just told to get on with it. Very low morale.
