      Pros

      Everyone at Fox Therapy Center is very kind and genuinely care about the people and patients they work with. They were extremely patient, helpful, and understanding during training. The entire staff is generally happy to help and support each other, which has been a wonderful experience.

      MICROMANAGING HELL BEWARE

      They were generous with supply budget. If you could justify the use of an item they would generally purchase it

      THESE PEOPLE PREY ON NEW GRADS!!! Mainly because anyone with experience would never sign their ABSOLUTELY INSANE contracts (ie 120 days notice to give them time to hire your replacement and fire you without notice). They used video surveillance without our knowledge and made us stay on site 9 hours while telling us how to use our UNPAID LUNCH! They were verbally abusive, would change the handbook on a whim to trap people into staying using their bogus lawyer to threaten absolutely hysterical repercussions just as a scare tactic. I literally think I had PTSD after leaving that place. I will never work for another private practice after seeing how utterly insane some people are and how poorly they can treat their employees
