      Incapable Senior Managers

      Pros

      You generally work with good people, everyone is supportive

      Cons

      Management is deaf, incapable and unethical & rude. Some managers allow themselves to swear in meetings, for no good reason. Obnoxious way of speaking with people by the senior managers. CEO is funnelling cash out of the business via the consulting services billed by the main shareholder.

      Within FP it maintains a core self belief in allowing people to develop there skills & grow with the business. They reward hard passionate staff with many varied fun incentives, showing that work hard play hard helps to maintain great relationships

      Cons

      Salary is on par with market conditions, parking can be difficult occasionally.

      A big shake-up needed!

      Pros

      High Commision payments for sales reps if you are lucky to get a good patch!

      Cons

      If you get a slow patch with low density of potential customers such as rural or small citiies, you get burned for not performing like guys who have national accounts to sign off 20 high end boxes in a go when you have to work your arse off for 1 entry level sale!
