      Pros

      Not many pros I experienced in this company. I really don't recommend to join this company outside of Japan (I don't know the company in Japan so not fair to judge something about Japan business)

      Cons

      The company doesn't have advantage in outside of Japan at all. Also, the management of foreign subsidiary is very weak. A lot of cultural issue. Business outlook is not great as it is just another weak agency in Southeast Asia

      Pros

      - So many good colleagues - Office is quite comfortable and nice

      Cons

      - the business is not growing anymore, domestic market is very weak - culture gap with foreign asian offices. Many people cannot communicate with those foreigners due to language issues - Management quality is not high - Applying Japanese management style to other foreign offices does not work well - The most important management who brought the big deal in the past already left (he already started another start-up). Really difficult to see future without him. This company was "almost" his company but now...

      Nothing to say, some colleagues are really good

      Cons

      - Less respect to local people in general - Evaluation difference between foreigner and local people is big - Most of Japanese employees cannot speak English so difficult to communicate - Still small in Thailand and struggle - So many culture issues
