Really entrepreneurially minded, we did things first. One of the most inclusive businesses I've worked with (the old Freeformers, not the new Freeformers, re started by a former employee, which is very different and should not be confused with the work, client base and employee base of the original Freeformers)

Fast pace of a start -up to scale up, sometimes led to very precarious condititions
