Pros
Competitive salary; reasonable benefits, accommodating, positive, professional, sufficient training for an experienced staff, modern medication management.
Cons
Ancillary staff are often untrained, have a desire to 'muscle' patients, need on-going training in a therapeutic approach, need better and more objective supervision from administrative staff. Too many friendships between administrative staff and ancillary staff. Causes spitting and friction between professional staff and ancillary staff. Support of unprofessional behavior. Many ancillary staff do not have the ability to remain objective.Often leads to ethical conflict on patient treatment. Often do not take responsibility for own actions that lead to conflict and impulsive reactions to patients.
