Conflicts of Interest and Lies

Pros

Most of the employees in the company are young (could be a pro or con depending on your personal/professional preference),

Cons

Speak to any current or former employee and they will tell you 2 things. It is stressful, and they are underpaid for the workload. As mentioned in a previous reviewer's comments, the idea of ownership thinking, is just a mantra to get employees to be sheep and drink the Kool -Aid, what is this, North Korea? If you are against this idea, you will most likely be "let go" or called a "rat or terrorist" (yes this company actually has used these words to describe employees). Even if I did theoretically adapt the idea of "ownership thinking", I wouldn't treat employees this way. The weight of the companies troubles (financial or personal) are placed on employees as if they are the ones running the company and causing these issues. Employees are made to feel guilty, and nothing is ever quiet good enough, so we must keep worrying. Unfortunately I have witnessed first hand business and medical practices that are not only unethical, but against medical guidelines and laws. If you are in certain positions of the company, you will get bonuses and commission for seeing more patients, or getting more diagnostic testing done, thus leading to further negative employee treatment all for the almighty dollar. Sadly favoritism, being cutthroat, and lies, yes lies are said about employees. This will often pressure employees to quite or lies will made up to terminate someone with no just facts. There isn't much room to move up, which is the case in a lot of jobs these days, but regardless of the status quo, it is still a con. And finally, HR asked us to leave positive reviews on here, yes that was their exact words. My review is not about having sour grapes, or to slander, but to keep it real and not leave some shill review.

A Family Company

Pros

I love working for this company! I've been here for quite sometime and don't plan on going anywhere. Not everyone can wake up everyday and enjoy walking into work. I am blessed that I have a job I love with people I enjoy working with. The moral of our company is off the charts! I love working for a company that feels like a home away from home. I love my work family and look forward to many more years!

Cons

There are some roadblocks we hit, as we are constantly growing which is a great thing we do all tend to get overwhelmed at times. However everyone is all about the team and where can we get in and help out when needed.

Pros

Sit/Stand desks -- open working environment -- lack of micro management

Cons

Poor decision making on leaderships part, lost sight of values that founded this company ( Doing the Right Things Right, Employee Culture, Patient Focus), Outsourcing vital in-house job functions, lack of communication, rampant disregard of chain of command, disrespect from leaders down to entry level employees
