      Dying Company - Worst than a startup

      Nothing - I can't even think of a pro to write

      Cons

      - No Salary - Monthly salary gets credited after 45- 50 working days . There are instances where it didn't pay for months! - No Job security - Hire and fire strategy - No Insurance or medical benefits - Lack of HR policies - Hr will lure you with fake promises in fantasy island

      Greetings from FuGenX, This is quite unfortunate for us that our employees are not satisfied with our work culture. There has been salary issue for a month, but as we have already mentioned in previous replies, the delay was temporary because of some technical issues at the bank. And we do have a knack for hiring and retaining only the best talents. However, like any other company, we may need to bring some changes to our work culture to satisfy our employees.
