Great place to work

Pros

The work is challenging, but there's lots of support from managers and your team. The work environment is great as well as the people that work here. There's lots of opportunities to get recognized for producing great work. The company sponsors after work social events every month that give employees a chance to have fun and get to know each other outside of work. Fulcrum has a very open environment where people at all levels feel comfortable talking openly to managers at all levels including the CEO. Fulcrum also has a very generous vacation policy and people are allowed to work from home when needed.

Cons

Client work can be very demanding and challenging. Extra hours and some weekend time is sometimes required to meet project deadlines. If you're a slacker, this isn't the place for you. You'll be asked to step up and contribute; but your good work is recognized, appreciated and rewarded.

Pros

Fulcrum has a great collaborative culture where people work together and are committed to delivering great work. There's very little politics and managers reward employees who make an impact rather than face time and CYA experts. The work is fast paced and there's plenty of opportunities to get out of your comfort zone and develop new skills. Fulcrum is growing and adding clients in several industries so there's always new work and new teams being put together.

Cons

The work is client-driven so it can be intense when leading up to big deliverables and deadlines. Sometimes, as a smaller company there isn't as much support as people coming from big companies will be used to.
