      good place to work but nowhere to grow

      Good atmosphere, the office is small and fairly friendly. in most roles very good work/life balance.

      Cons

      zero personal growth opportunities or salary review which means that whatever role/salary you start with is the same that you end with.

      Pros

      Great learning experience. Sky is the limit. Great exposure to the banking software industry. Everyone is driven to win. Management is empathetic and are great decision makers.

      Cons

      It depends on whether you consider 'too much work' as a challenge or an opportunity. If you complain of too much work, this place is not for you. You need to take responsibility of your time and balance your professional and personal life. If you can do this and are passionate and aligned with the company's vision, you will enjoy.
