      Some good customers and competent collegues.

      Cons

      Lack of innovation. Factory farm and revolving door of engineers. Arrogant and incompetent management, lots of politics and 'in' group mentality.

      incompetent board appoints company directors with little to no experience and the problems flow downhill to all from there. "flat" structure means staff are left feeling impotent to do anything about the terrible management. management are completely unsupportive and turnover of quality staff is high

      The actual on the ground workers are often good.

      Cons

      The direction and communication from upper management are extremely poor. Months can go by without hearing from senior managers. Even on critical issues, management has no drive and initiative to sort it out for the betterment of the company. Many staff do not follow the values Fyfe purports to excel in. These people are not managed or removed, and only the great staff leave.
