This company spams software engineers on linkedin with cheesy lines claiming they are a company "with a focus on sports" and asking if potential candidates are ready to "get on the field". When asked about basic information about the project and what the estimated salary a candidate might expect they always refuse or stop responding altogether trying to get you in a interview blindly without any information. The cherry on top is how their recruiters (or management?) try to make fake reviews of the company in various job review sites. It's totally obvious and it might only fool recent grads with no experience which is probably what they are going for, in which case i hope this review helps people avoid this company until they start to be more truthful and transparent.

Poor management of people Lack of transparency Won't change you from the project or raise your salary if you talk about it but will emediatly solve those issues if you show a proposal from another company Manager was very upfront that he was losing money with me leaving and tried to threat me into staying
