      Great commission structure. Great people!! Management are great. Collaborative working Good hybrid structure. Good flexible working. Good Christmas party. Good incentives. Good benefits.

      Cons

      It's recruitment, so sometimes the job can be tough, but that's the job not G2.

      Pros

      I had the pleasure of working at G2 Legal and I couldn't be happier with my experience. The staff at this company truly care about the well-being of their employees and it shows in the way they treat their team. From the moment I joined, I felt supported and valued. The team is always available to assist and provide guidance, and they truly go above and beyond to ensure that their staff are happy and successful in their roles. One of the things I appreciate the most about this company is the way they foster a positive and inclusive culture. They have a great work-life balance, and they are always looking for ways to improve the employee experience. I highly recommend G2 Legal to anyone looking for a company that treats its staff well and values their contributions.

      Cons

      It would've been nice to have more work events that bring the national offices together, aside from the Christmas party... a summer BBQ?

      Professional & corporate environment with NO KPIs!

      Pros

      G2 Legal is a specialist legal recruitment company and every consultant here really knows their stuff, with the vast majority having many years' experience or some form of legal background themselves (no 'cowboys' here!!). It's a professional and corporate environment, very much focusing on quality over quantity and as such there are no KPIs. Great commission schemes too - which are uncapped - as well as a great work/life balance. You won't be frowned upon for leaving after you've completed your core hours (just work hard when you're in and get your job done). Let's not forget 'Beers Friday', target lunches, and the excellent Christmas parties!

      Cons

      You'll be on basic salary but really to make money you'll focus on securing your commission. However, this comes hand in hand with recruitment as a whole - if you're not looking to work hard to get that money in, don't go into recruitment! Except for commission and bonus schemes, there aren't any other benefits (for example, no medical). Although I believe benefits do come into place at certain position levels/after certain length of employment.
