There a lot of experts to learn from and this can really help you grow as an expert in your field. The people you work with are genuinely great people too
Cons
There appears to be a bit of favouritism towards certain areas of the business, and a big focus on AI development instead of focusing on dealing with employee issues

Amazing exposure, but overworked and underpaid

Pros
As a junior member of staff I prepare work for and regularly present to board level and CEOs. My work makes a genuine difference for my clients and I wouldn’t get this level of exposure at another consultancy. Learning so much and getting a proper hands on commercial strategy education.
Cons
Regularly work evenings and weekends. Pay is far too low for the level of responsibility juniors have.
