      Pros

      GCS provides platforms for individuals to be successful, how you use this platform is down to you and your application but its an open and inclusive environment that allows you to be you. Huge growth opportunities for the the business and personally. Unlike other environments I've been exposed too, I have never been victimized for my sexual orientation and its not an environment where "your face has to fit"

      Cons

      There is no such thing as the perfect place of employment, I struggle to find negatives to write but its personal opinion and personal opinions are not fact. I can however stress that you can be who you want to be in this business. Glassdoor reviews have their place but its not a bible to make a decision, its a forum to allow questions to be asked rather than a judgment.
