The toxicity of the middle and upper management of Fort Worth, Texas - Absolute waste of space. They don't have a clue what they're doing. They blunder from one disaster to another. Every program loses money and they've been making the same mistakes for years with no lessons learnt. If only they could see the issues that need addressing within the whole organisation, instead of stabbing each other in the back as part of the corporate ladder climbing... Finger pointing and blame culture - Watch your backs. Team USA will always blame someone else for their constant failures, normally the UK engineers. If only you had tried to work with the UK instead of against us, you might actually have been a success. You'll (note correct spelling) miss us now you've decided to sack us all and close the UK office. Obviously the folly of making your best enginers redundant will come back to bite you once you need us to get you out the latest foul up you've created. Nobody to blame but yourselves. Cowardly work culture - Since we received our notice that the UK office was to close, there wasn't a single word from anyone at Fort Worth to the employees who were to lose their jobs. Not one word. We tried to work with you to complete the VIP programs and to build a working relationship, but ultimately, the UK engineers have been discarded once our apparent usefullness has ended.
