Pros

Health care benefits & Free Snacks ,

Cons

Here's a revised version: -Without a PhD, your input is often disregarded. -Upper management lacks the necessary experience and qualifications. -There is a noticeable bias against individuals from non-Asian cultures. -This Japanese company is attempting to operate in the USA but seems unaware of what they’re doing. They are not adhering to California labor laws and restrictions, making the workplace unsafe. -They prioritize hiring individuals from Asian cultural backgrounds. -There is a significant pay gap between Asian and non-Asian employees. -They struggle to retain employees for more than six months due to the toxic work environment. If you get the chance, contact any of their former employees—they’ll likely share the same experience. -Promotions are consistently given to the same group of individuals. -They operate without a human resources team, leading to the exploitation of employees who are pushed to work relentlessly until they're completely drained -If you're a woman, it's best to steer away they treat women worse than you can imagine. There are currently several lawsuits underway.

Thank you for your perspective. As with any high-performing organization, not every role or environment is the right fit for every individual. We believe in setting clear goals, offering regular feedback, and giving every team member the chance to grow and succeed. We’re proud of the many people who have thrived here—and we also recognize that candid feedback, even when challenging, helps us stay accountable.

Pros

Work is easy since they do not care how you get it done.

Cons

Ineffective and harmful leadership. Untrained leaders fail to support employees, leading to significant distress and many have cried at work. The 'boys' club' mentality results in friends being hired without relevant experience which is harming the company. The culture discourages addressing quality issues or concerns. Management does not know how to handle employees' concerns will laugh when concerns come up. They tell investors and customers that everything is made in the USA which is not true. 1 restroom for 50 people and no one thinks it is a problem. No one here has ever had a job before and so it makes the environment very difficult.

Pros

Decent benefits and some nice people

Cons

Toxic work environment with passive aggressive people including upper management. Non stop pointless meetings for everything that could have either been an email or a 30 second conversation. They lean on these excuses to justify their actions "This is a startup" "We are new to this and are still learning" "Its not Gitias way" basically unless you are willing put up with passive aggressive toxic Japanese people who do not understand the US market and work culture steer far far away from this place. They will bring you on as a contract employee and basically get rid of you after that time frame. I have seen many qualified people come and go like a revolving door.
