when i was hired i was told to give my overall view of their process and give suggestions for improvement. I came in the door with over 20 years of experience.
They really didn't want to hear my suggestions for improvement after i was hired.
A company big on committee meetings, meetings for the select few to bad mouth upper management and their employees, and course anyone not in the room........ the blame game played daily. no one takes responsibilty for their own actions.
