Pros
- The whitest of white companies in contrast to typical Japanese ones - Work-life balance is the biggest bonus - Work from home possible (though not 100%) - Events every now and then
Cons
- Low pay. It may be average for a lot of jobs in Tokyo, but that doesn't mean much for a career. It doesn't increase really either

It's a small company with mostly good people. Good work-life balance.
Cons
Senior managers weren't good at communication. Often felt like they didn't have a clear vision for the company.
