      Great company to work for, but quite stingy

      Pros

      Great colleagues, really smart people. Work life balance is okay.

      Cons

      Unpaid non compete. Part of the bonus is deferred for 2.5 years (and you get nothing if you leave early). From time to time they enforce longer notice period without any reasonable justification or compensation for this.
