      Pros

      5 weeks holidays and office in nice area

      Cons

      Poor management. Incompetent people promoted thanks to their friendships No benefits. Goals never reached so no bonus. Free hotel stays taken away. Asked to work more due to people leaving and not replaced Very bad atmosphere in general and getting worse. A lot of people leaving.

      Pros

      A company with a great past and a great potential future. There are ample opportunities for those prepared to put the effort in and who are genuinely determined to work hard to make the company succeed. A time of change in the organisation which brings both pros and cons but for new employees, probably more of the former.

      Cons

      Poor working environment, with few benefits to the package (so negotiate that salary hard!) Recent restructuring shows poor recognition for the value of the people who were once deemed "the companies greatest assets"
