      Really hire and fire like company don't even care about employees.

      Pros

      Salary is on time otherwise NO PROS.

      Cons

      So many..... No work life balance. HR policies are very strict. In fact there are some masterminds who change the policies as per their requirement. No proper process. Don't even think to join this company. So much politics going on here. Every senior will show that they are the one who working there. No appraisal and no bonus. Salary is very less than other competitor employers. No Saturdays are off. No holiday leaves. Need to change their policies, that would make some sense. Good to search for a better option.

      Good for fresher, try to grab all the knowledge and skills. Still you confirmation period.

      Cons

      Worst company policies, zero growth, show-off, worst culture. In simple terms, it's an lala company owned by a couple.

      Pros

      One thing I liked about this company which I miss in my existing one is the human touch. From office boy to the senior management, everyone were respected and treated alike. Infact, for one of their office boy, we had to add a 'ji'. This treatment is missing in many MNC companies. A very innovative company which develops products far ahead of time. Probably the best in the industry. As suggested in other reviews, this company is a heaven for freshers. Lots to learn and show your creativity too

      Should focus more on sales for innovative products they develop.
