No Job assurance, no good salary package, no work life balance, no benifits at all. Choose this organisation but never perform good, never achieve your targets. If you are ideal and don't achieve your target you can stay there for long term in each and every team that they have. You have to maintain friendship with few persons who are in high position in order to stay there performance is nothing here.If u achive your targets and work hard they'll use you and at one point they'll throw you out. Money minded organization with no employee benefits. They'll never respect good employees but they'll give more opportunities to the ideal ones. They are following different rules and policies. I never recommend this organisation for anyone!
