      Flexible hours, small tight knit group of co-workers.

      Cons

      No transparency, stressful workloads due to laziness of some, CEO concerned more with how much he can make off of you rather than how you can contribute to the organization.

      Strange place, watch out. Seasoned producers brought in and given the boot so Gaspar can keep the money. Most good staff left, new employees inexperienced and ill equipped Agency acts like a personal propaganda machine for CEO and his ego

      Pros

      The Team (most of which left in the last 1-2 years) were great. Family-like atmosphere.

      Cons

      Management Team & CEO can make things challenging. Making a mistake can garner an angry email that has a bad impact on a person’s morale. Not a lot of processes in place.
