The few competent individuals have either been forcibly removed or have chosen to escape this toxic environment already.
The top-level executives endeavor to project an image of attentive leadership, claiming to listen to the concerns of the workforce. However, this is merely a facade, as they are clearly disingenuous in their actions and demonstrate a profound lack of genuine care or regard for their employees.
This organization has devolved into a profoundly dysfunctional state, exhibiting a complete disregard for the well-being and fair treatment of its frontline staff. The sheer extent of the exploitative practices and managerial malfeasance is utterly appalling and demands immediate rectification.
