      Understaffed, expected to do the job of 3 people When anything went wrong it's find a scapegoat, usually the new person If you're not in the clique forget it see above revolving door recruitment, can't keep anyone

      Genmed provides secure roles in various areas of business. Genmed has been providing services to the NHS for 19 years and has consistently grown providing opportunities for staff to develop and grow with the business. Genmed's values and the culture of the business has been improved beyond all recognition by the current CEO and SLT Job security Good team!
