      Some legacy issues as the company has been around a relatively long time for its size, and tried a few different things during that time Some growing pains in the Life Sciences business, but nothing overly concerning that cannot be worked through

      World-class scientific team, great culture, building products that can truly improve lives and prevent disease, starting to have commercial traction in both b2b and b2c spheres

      Commercial team is not as mature as science team, can feel hierarchical despite small company size

      Pros

      An incredible team of statisticians, biologists, bioinformaticians, developers, and other scientists. Hard to imagine working for a company with more expertise in statgen and polygenic risk. Fantastic culture with friendly and helpful people, even when under stress!

      Cons

      Upper management is a bit too distant from its baseline workers; consider having Director level folks and above have more engagement with their teams beyond a big >50 person team meeting. It really helps. Also, please consider targeted hiring of more Black scientists and other scientists of color.
