Thank you for your candid review of our company. We are sorry your experience with us is less than stellar and we will use this feedback to get better. As you know, we are always working to improve everything we do, be it from the products we create to the overall experience our employees take part in. And while we are far from perfect, we are making some positive gains in ensuring our employees feel valued and engaged. We recently implemented a new strategic planning process, which is aimed at helping us get focused on priorities. We also instituted a new incentive plan and annual performance review process for our employees, with the goal of properly and objectively evaluating achievements. We encourage our employees to speak directly to their manager or supervisor with any concerns or ideas. Forums like this also contribute to our quality improvement efforts.
