      Pros

      Good people to work with. Young and fun. Location is great. Flexible working arrangements for some departments

      Cons

      A lot of in-fighting between certain departments. Morale is quite low. Little or no opportunities for advancement

      Pros

      Most people are friendly, great culture. Flexible work hours. Telecommuting for some. Good benefits package. Great location.

      Cons

      Senior management does it, and you learn it later. No participation. Some departments for sure are way happier than others. Performance review system is crap.
