      The team are all bought into the shared purpose, with a huge amount of variety and fast pace to roles. Management communicates regularly and improvements are actioned by Senior Leadership team rapidly. Great opportunities for financial rewards for high performers.

      Fast pace and growth agenda may not be in line with some people and how they like to work.

      Very approachable management who are open to new ideas. Very good team ethic within the company, strong team building principles. Good communication with employees regularly kept up to date on the companies progress. Opportunities to develop within the company. Good employee / management relations. Good use of IT systems to drive efficiency. The support functions of the business are remote providing a very good home /working life balance.
