      Pros

      The relationship between workmates and the learnings you'll get (mostly self studied or taught by your workmates since the management does not give training and workshops)

      Cons

      The management does not care about their employees that much. No proper SDLC implementation. They'll get a client and they will tell you to make the system for it. The deadline is also impossible to meet and most of the time you'll work on your assigned system as solo full stack dev.

      Pros

      rank and file employees are some of the best people I know

      Cons

      They will micromanage you as long as you are employed here, specially when working from home. Verbally abusive higher up. Mediocre project management. PMs will only take concerns from their clients and won't even analyze the requirement. Most of the task will fall on the development team.
