Pros

I started as a part-time recruiter and quickly saw the organization lacked strategic alignment and consistent leadership. Direction shifted often, decisions were personality-driven, and accountability was uneven. As I advanced into a VP of Operations role, it became clear the culture was unlikely to improve. I made a strategic decision to leverage the tuition reimbursement program and had the company pay for my master’s degree while building my exit plan. I was fortunate to approach it intentionally. Others weren’t. Many talented employees experienced burnout, favoritism, shifting expectations, and unnecessary stress without support. This review isn’t written out of bitterness. It’s written out of compunction — after witnessing years of collateral damage to some genuinely good people who deserved better leadership. Pros: • Attractive location • Tuition reimbursement • Advancement opportunity

Cons

Cons: • Toxic executive behavior • Inconsistent strategy • High turnover • Low trust environment If you join, do so with a clear personal strategy. Culture drives everything — and this one comes at a cost.

Pros

Decent resources and a few capable coworkers. • The business itself has potential

Cons

The work environment is toxic and driven by low-EQ leadership. • Upper management frequently uses “wood-shed” moments—closed-door, intimidating conversations instead of constructive feedback. • Psychological safety is lacking; speaking up often leads to being sidelined. • Favoritism is rewarded over competence, and accountability rarely applies to leadership. • High turnover is treated as normal rather than a warning sign.

Pros

The office is in a great Caughlin Ranch location, but that’s one of the few consistent positives.

Cons

In my experience, internal movement depends more on keeping certain leaders appeased than on actual performance. Turnover is high, and pay is well below industry standards, which is why many strong performers leave quickly. The company has ongoing instability, so do your homework—connect with former employees on LinkedIn before making any decisions. Toxicity, favoritism, and capriciousness is not uncommon.
