      New CEO has no tolerance for other opinions. He thinks he is all-knowing but he is not. He is tremendously insecure and namedrops constantly. Whatever shred of corp culture the co once had quickly evaporated upon his arrival. His sr leadership is terrified of speaking up. Co has made countless attempts to reignite sales of Rytelo and all have been futile.
