Pros
This is a great place to work. If you are looking for a company with global reach, without being at a huge faceless multi-national, then this is definitely the place. The pace is fast and you work hard but the job satisfaction makes it worthwhile. No two days are the same and I can honestly say even on the worst days (we all have them!) there is plenty to laugh about. The management team are strong and collaborate closely and they are very supportive to all employees. The Directors and CEO care deeply about the teams and are accessible to all. The company has good training in place and they take junior people with little or no digital content marketing experience and train them. The product is always evolving and developing so there is always something new to learn - you'll definitely never be bored. They promote internally so there are good job prospects for anyone joining the company. The customer facing team are multi-national and this diverse mix makes for a lot of fun in the office.
Cons
Not sure it's a con but the number of flights of stairs I ascend and descend in a day - just think of the steps and how great it is for your legs.
