      Good Company to Learn and Grow

      Pros

      It's a startup and hence lot of options to learn and grow from grounds up. They welcome everyone even a newcomer to hear, learn and execute your ideas They are open to give opportunities even if you have less experience A team of young Leaders always guiding and have an open door policy. Very good casual work culture. Friendly staff. They also give medical insurance to all full timers Options to make higher money by commissions in sales and marketing department.

      Cons

      Its a happy place to work and grow so no Cons but 5 working days would have been better.

      It great place to work with fresh and active minds. The teams are always up to something or the other, so your too going to be involved in it. They question what is possible? And keep experimenting in life. They define the term 'One Team'. This office functions on passion, commitment and togetherness

      If you have a problem. Speak up about it and it is taken care of.
