      The company is really focused on hearing their employees and providing opportunities. Everyone is so nice here, it's a very relaxed easy going environment!

      Working in a start-up environment can have it's shares of unexpected challenges but with that comes advantages you may not get at a larger company.

      Getlabs has a strong drive for quality. By monitoring the well being of its employees it strives to achieve the best customer service. Medical benefits are great. Fantastic workplace if you love helping others. Getlabs focuses on a team oriented atmosphere. Technology driven. Great Human Resources Team. Dynamic and thinking outside the box environment. Dedication to improving every day.

      Cons

      At times it feels like a zillion amount of work, because it engages you in all the phases of the work, from communicating with patient, ensuring paperwork is accurate, preparing for the actual patient appointments and cooperating with other departments to ensure accurate results. Schedule is not firm due to the uncertainty of driving, actual time of serving patients and processing. Flexibility is for sure a must. Lots of driving under different weather conditions. Car maintenance, uploading and downloading.
