      Pros

      during contract pay up on time although cannot calculate holiday pay correctly,

      Cons

      As above , poor communication from staff hard to navigate website , difficulty downloading acceptable time sheets , reluctance in issuing p45 and they seem to think its ok to hold on to funds owing ie holiday pay for an age, very poor in all.

      Salary is same for the same role no matter if a person working since 5 years or a new joiner.

      Pros

      Flexible working is a great benefit as I get to work from home or the office whenever I choose. Company structure allows us to provide honest feedback through monthly 121s and quarterly appraisals. Role is extremely challenging however has kept me on my toes and taught me a lot in a short space of time.

      Cons

      Is a very dynamic and fast paced environment which can lead to high pressure situations.
