      Inappropriate Behaviour of Execs

      Pros

      I agree with the previous review that I guess it should be from the US, in EMEA the situation is worse! Execs become out of control because of alcohol during the teams/events diners. Some of them (they are not so many :) ) are running the region as it’s their own property, making their rules, onboarding their friends and making their circles, if you are outside of it, you are dead!

      Cons

      A lot! Managers are very arrogant, don’t respect their team members, they don’t know anything about the business but when it comes to do QBR presentations, they pretend to be hardworking and making efforts with teams! Gigamon is land where each manager is ruling over and making their owns Cartels! HR is watching this play and sleeping !!

      Good pay. Some very dedicated staff working at Gigamon but not enough of them!

      Cons

      Mercenary US management in pre-IPO era looking to maximise revenue at any cost, no regard to staff well-being and absolutely clueless about the EMEA market.
