      Pros

      Very few. You need to follow one manager. If you do everything what she says, then you would have a peaceful life. It would be stressful otherwise.

      Cons

      Gislen asked its employees to fill positive review regularly. Interview process is waste. I have seen employee who was taken without an interview. This is just because the person is relative to the manager favorite employee

      Amazing culture, flexible timings, good pay and get ample oppurtunity to enhance your skills as you work and awesome people and management. Another good thing is that you do not feel like you are an employee, it feels like a family.
